- Other side in a big vessel put lukewarm water with 1 tsp salt.
- After frying the Vadas put into that hot water
- After half an hour take Vadas and squeeze it very well and placed it in the plate
- Now pour dahi /yoghurt on the top of the vadas. Then add some green chutney and imli chutney from the top. Sprinkle roasted jeera Powder, lal mirch powder and black salt
