  6. Add chopped coriander leaves & mix well.
  7. Mix dough & oil well.Now add water & knead into a dough.Rest it for 15 mins.
  8. Make small balls of the dough.Roll each ball into 4-5 inches diameter.Apply water all over it.
  9. Place a spoonful of the filling in the centre.Lift the sides of the dough,pleat them & seal the samosas by pressing the pleat.
  10. Deep fry the potlis till golden brown.
  11. Serve with tamarind sauce or mint chutney or ketchup.
