  2. 1/2 cup Sprouted Moong (Steamed with turmeric powder and salt)
  3. 2 Potatoes (Steamed)
  4. 1 small Green Bell Pepper
  5. 4 Long Green Chillies
  6. 2 tbsp Coriander-Mint Chutney
  7. 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
  8. 1 tsp Mango Powder
  9. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  10. 2 tbsp Semolina
  11. 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
  12. to taste Salt
  13. as needed Oil for Shallow Frying
  14. Coriander Mint Chutney Recipe:
  15. 1 cup Coriander Leaves
  16. 1 cup Mint Leaves
  17. 6 Green Chillies
  18. 3 Cloves Garlic
  19. 3 Sambar Onions
  20. 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
  21. 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  22. to taste Salt
  23. 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  24. 2 tbsp Yogurt

Instructions to make Hara Bhara Kabab

  1. In a food processor, coarsely grind, the peas and sprouted moong separately and add it to a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a chopper, chop green chillies and green bell pepper separately and add it to the bowl. In a chopper, add steamed potatoes and add it to the bowl.
  3. To the bowl, add coriander-mint chutney, ginger powder, cumin powder, mango powder, garam masala, salt, semolina and breadcrumbs. Mix well to form a dough.
  4. Make patties with the palm of your hands. Add 1 tbsp oil to a non stick pan. When hot, gently place the patties on the pan and cook till golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with coriander-mint chutney.
