Steps to make Paneer Changezi

  1. In a mixing bowl add paneer, curd, gram flour, ginger garlic paste,chaat masala, turmeric and salt and mix it well. Marinate and keep for half an hour. Heat some oil in a pan, add the marinated paneer and cook until it turns golden brown in colour from all sides.Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a other pan, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, dry red chilli, bay leaf and stir well. Add ginger garlic paste and add chopped onions and fry till translucent. add curd and mix it well.add chopped tomato and saute.Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add turmeric powder, add red chilli, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it well.Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add water and Bring it to a boil.add milk and mix it well.add kasuri methi, garam masala and add the cooked paneer and give it a nice stir.Cook for 5 min.Garnish with coriander.Serve hot with naan or rice.
