- Add finely chopped onions. Roast to pink brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste. Saute.
- Add pureed tomatoes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Mix and cook till oil separates.
- Add fresh cream and cook for a minute.
- Add 1 cup of water. Give a boil.
- Place roasted chap sticks in pan. Cook covered for 5 minutes on sim.
- Add kasoori methi, garam masala and kitchen king masala. Mix.
