- 60 gm Seviyan

- 4-5 Cardamom - Crushed
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 4 tbsp Ghee

- 10 Cashews
- 10 Almonds
- 10 Pistachio
- 10 Raisins
- 15 gm Chirongi
Steps to make Meethi Seviyan
- Chop all dry fruits into thin slices
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add chopped dry fruits. Saute for 2-3 mints. Do not over cook. Keep them aside in a bowl.
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in the same pan. Add seviyan. Saute for 3-4 mints. Seviyan will change colour to light brown.
- Add boiled milk. Mix and cook on low flame for 5 mints.
- Add dry fruits, condensed milk and cardamom seeds. Mix & cook for a minute.
- Add sugar & mix. Add saffron & mix.
- Garnish with dry fruits. Serve hot.
