- 300 grams Mutton keema
- 6-7 naan
- 1 medium onion
- 2 green chilli
- 2 small potato
- as needed Coriander leaves
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- as needed Mayonnaise
- as required Cheese spread
- 2 tbsp Green chutney
Instructions to make Naan Chaap
- In grinder grind the keema and remove in a bowl.then grind green chilli and keep aside again grind onion and discard it's water and keep aside.
- Take keema add ginger garlic paste + onion + green chilli + all dry spices + salt + lemon juice + coriander leaves mix well and keep in refrigerator for Atleast 3 hours.
- Then make seekh shape of kabab and cook in oven for 20 mins.you can also cook on tawa but oven method is best.again keep in refrigerator for 15 mins.
- Then mash it and add boiled and mashed potatoes and again mix and mash it properly.



- Make kababs of naan size deep in whisked egg and shallow fry all the kabab's.(Make 6 to 7 kababs)


- Take naan and cut into 2 slice from middle.toast them on tawa by applying ghee.


- Take both slice of naan put green chutney and mayo and spread it.


- Now take bottom slice and put kabab in middle then apply cheese spread and cover with top slice of naan.



- Your naan chaap is ready to eat..😋
