- Assemble quesadillas using a scant 1 cup serving of filling in each one. Spread to within 1 inch of tortilla edge.
- I use a quesadilla maker but if you don't have one pan fry in a sprayed large frying pan and brown on both sides. Use a plate to help flip to heat other side.
- Slice into 6 pieces. Serve with cranberry sauce if desired.
