  3. 1 ●Egg
  4. 3 tbsp ●Milk
  5. 1 tbsp ●Sugar

  7. 10 grams Butter
  8. 1 Haagen Dazs ice cream (vanilla)
  9. 1 as much (to taste) Maple syrup

Instructions to make Juicy & Creamy Baked Apple Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃. Add the ● ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Cut the bread into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl, letting them soak in the liquid.
  2. Cut off the top of the apple (to use as a lid). Using a knife or spoon, scoop out the inside of the apple. Remove the core and cut the fruit into small pieces. Add the apple pieces to the bowl from step 1.
  3. Using a toothpick or a fork, prick holes all over the surface of the apple.
  4. Fill the apple from step 3 with the filling from step 1. Top with butter and cover with the apple lid. Place in a heatproof dish and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  5. When done baking, top with ice cream and drizzle on some maple syrup. Enjoy hot with the cold ice cream.
