- For tadka
- as needed Some dry red chillies
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Pinch Hing
Steps to make Patra
- Take the Patra Leaves and nicely wash them.Then dry these leaves.Remove all the veins from these leaves.

- Now take Chana Flour and add rice flour,salt,red chilli powder,Dhaniya powder,ginger chilli garlic paste,1 tbsp Oil and tamarind water,3 tbsp Chopped Coriander and mix all these ingredients.


- Add a little water and make a medium thick batter.

- Now spread this batter over the leaves.Place another leaf and spread batter.Repeat the same for 3-5 leaves.


- Now roll them tightly.Place batter on both ends of the roll.Repeat for all leaves and steam for 10 minutes.

- Once they are cool cut them into small pieces.

- Heat 2 tbsp Oil and add to it Mustard Seeds,sesame seeds,Hing and dry red chillies with grated coconut.Add the Patras and then toss it and cook for 2-5 minutes till crispy.
