- 250 gms Paneer -
- 1 inch stick Ginger -
- 4 - 5 Garlic pods -
- 2 Onion - medium size
- 2-3 Whole red chilli -
- 1 tbsp Whole coriander seeds -
- Serve
- 1/2 tsp Whole cumin seeds -
- 2 Tomato -
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder -
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder -
- 1 Green chilli cut in slit
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder -
- to taste Salt -
- 2 tbsp Oil -
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves -
Instructions to make Kadai paneer
- Dry roast the whole red chilli,whole coriander seeds and cumin seeds.


- Once cooled to make a powder.


- Also make a paste of onion and ginger garlic.


- Heat oil in a pan,add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins


- Grind to make a paste of tomato and add in the pan,saute for 4 - 5 mins.

- Now add turmeric powder and ground masala powder and mix well.
- Add kashmiri mirch powder and green chilli and mix it well
- Stir continuously until oil leaves the pan.
- Now add one cup of water and bring to boil.
- Once boiled add paneer cubes,salt and garam masala and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
