  13. 5-6 For Kabab Masala,black pepper Corn
  14. 5-6 white Pepper(kabab chini)
  15. 2 black Cardamom
  16. 4-6 Cloves
  17. 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  18. 1 Tomato cut in thin slice + 1 and 1/2 cup nicely chopped
  19. as needed Lemon and Chilli flakes sprinkle over the top
  20. as needed Oil for pan frying

  1. First take kabab masala, dry grind it and keep aside it
  2. Now take mutton mince add salt, dry grind kabab masala,
  3. Ginger and garlic paste,salt
  4. Pomegranate seeds paste
  5. Corn meal,whisked egg
  6. Chopped corriender,tomato and onion, butter and nicely chopped green chillies and mix nicely and keep in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes for marination
  7. Now take out from fridge, again mix and spread the chopped deseeds tomato over the top
  8. Now heat oil in pan and rub the palm with water, take small batch or mince mixture, shape the mixture like slipper, place a tomato slice over it and left in hot oil to pan fry it
  9. When one side done,flip and cover it to cook other side
  10. When done left it out, make and fry all kabab like this and serve hot with lemon wedges, tomato slice with chutney and serve with pav and enjoy
