- Heat ingredients for masala in a pan

- Cut tomatoes into quarters and add to blender
- Add green chillies to the blender
- Blend to a puree
- Heat oil in cooking vessel and add ginger garlic paste.
- Let it cook till pungent smell disappears
- Add finely chopped onions, saute till it turns transparent
- Add the ground coriander/ chilli masala and mix well. Saute for a few minutes
- Add the tomato puree, mix and let it simmer on low flame till oil starts coming out at the sides
- Add finely chopped capsicum and simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes
- Add water and salt and simmer for 10 minutes
- Add Kasuri Methi and Garam Masala and mix well
- Add paneer and simmer for 3-5 minutes
- Add cream and mix
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
