  12. Beat at low speed to finish, to make sure the meringue is very fine in texture. ※ If stiff peaks form, the meringue is done!
  13. Next, add the gelatin liquid from Step 8.
  14. Beat it in evenly.
  15. Mound the Step 14 meringue on top of the Step 5 apple jelly. Put the mugs back in the refrigerator until set, and they're done.
