- 6 boiled eggs
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp smoked mustard oil
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 4 tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Kasturi methi
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
- as needed Water
Steps to make Egg curry
- Take a pan, add 3 cups water, 1 tsp salt and put 6 eggs in it for boiling.
- Once the eggs are done. Take them out in a bowl. And peel off!
- Now take a saucepan, put oil in it. Add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Saute it!
- Then add chopped onions. Fry them till golden brown in colour.
- Once onions are done. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, Kasturi methi. Mix it well.
- Then add chopped tomatoes to it. Or you can also grind the tomatoes. Simmer the flame. And let the tomatoes cook completely.
- Once the oil separates, it means the tomatoes are done.
- Add water accordingly. Like the way you need the consistency of the gravy.
- Let it come to a boil.
- Add the half slit boiled eggs.
- Garnish it with cilantro leaves. And serve hot!
