  1. In a large sauce pan add Apples, Sugar, Cinnamon Stick, Water and let boil for 20 minutes. Once the Apples are soft your preserve is ready. Let it cool for about 2 hours before serving.
  2. Add the Rum and top with Ice Cream. :)
