  6. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Place mashed potatoes in dish and dot with 2 tablespoons of butter.
  7. Arrange meat, leeks and parsley on mashed potatoes. Pour sour cream on top and bake for 5 minutes.
  8. Melt remaining butter in a frying pan. Add bread crumbs and sauté until golden brown. To serve, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
