Instructions to make Idli Dhokla

  1. Firstly.. Take a big bowl seive gram flour and suji.
  2. After tht add all remaining ingredients of idli batter and mix it nicely with the help of whisk.
  3. Keep it aside, now heat a pan and oil for tempering, mustard seeds,chopped chilli, water and all other ingredients. Let it cook till 2-3 boils come.
  4. Now, switch on flame, put water required in it to steam idli.
  5. Grease idli moulds and pour batter in each bowl. And let it cook. Check by toothpick after 15-20 minutes whether it's cooked or not.
  6. Take out in plate if it's cooked otherwise let it cook for few more minutes and then take out.
  7. Now just pour the tempring on each idli with the help of spoon and serve with chutney.
