  1. Soak dal for 30 minutes
    In pressure cooker add ginger garlic paste, salt, dal & meat. Pressure cook it.
  2. In a blender add pressure cooked mix, all spices, coriander & mint, green chillies & if required then a slice of bread.
    Grind all together.
  3. Remove the mixture cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Wet your palms give shape, dip in egg mix & fry.
